However, they are not Services Australia Officers and are not able to make decisions about your circumstances.
They are able to facilitate free access to appropriate internal and external services/activities, where required.

AT THIS AGENCY YOU CAN:

  • Pick up and lodge forms
  • Have your Proof of Identity documents copied

  • Use the telephone to access self service options, claim Medicare rebates, call prospective employers

  • Access self help facilities, including: computer / internet, copier / fax, telephone

OUR AGENTS CAN:

  • Answer general questions with self service on payments and services

  • Show you a quick and easy way to do your business
  • Arrange referrals to specialist services
  • Help you complete forms and other paperwork
