OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES @ Pottsville Beach Neighbourhood Centre
(under a COVID-19 Safety Plan)

Access to all services, programs and activities is at 10B – 12A Elizabeth St, Pottsville.  Please note a condition of entry is that you will be screened for COVID-19 risk factors and your contact details and temperature will be recorded by a non-contact laser thermometer.

Please check by phone in relation to the services you require.  This includes information about visiting specialist services.

Services, Programs and Activities at PBNC:

  • Centrelink Agency (face to face) between 8:30am and 1:30pm
  • Information, Referral and Advocacy Service Open Monday to Friday between 9am to 1:30pm
  • Child and Family Support Service – Tweed Valley:

  • Assisted Referral and Material Aid:

    • Meal support (frozen takeaway meals or non-perishable food – until stocks last), provided by appointment

  • Technology Tuition and Service Centre:
    • Open for tuition and public access Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm (with restrictions – limited access to ensure safe physical distancing).

    • Repairs – contact 02 6676 4555 to speak with staff for service description and drop-off and pickup arrangements
  • Op Shop:
    • Open for public access Monday to Friday 9am to 12.30pm (with restrictions – limited access to ensure safe physical distancing).
    • Donations: please only donate goods of a high quality.
  • 2nd Hand Furniture and Appliance Store
    • Open for public access Thursday and Friday 9am to 12.30pm (with restrictions – limited access to ensure safe physical distancing).
  • New Volunteer Inductions
    • Please contact volunteer support team on 02 6676 4555 – Monday to Friday 9am to 1.30pm
  • Trash n Treasure Stalls
    • 2nd hand books and bric-a-brac – every Wednesday morning 9am to 12.30pm
  • Community Gardening
