CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

*Individuals will be screened for COVID-19 risk factors

*Check-in using your smart device to PBNC’s QR Code using the Services NSW App or have your contact details manually entered into PBNC’s Services NSW COVID-19 web check-in service (available at all entry points)

*Mask wearing is mandatory in our Op Shop and Furniture Shop AND encouraged in all PBNC essential/critical services
