Pottsville Beach Neighbourhood Centre (PBNC) operates a confidential (un-funded) service, ARMA (Assisted Referral and Material Aid), which is designed to assist people experiencing severe financial and/or emotional distress. Trained workers offer information, referral, advocacy and access to material aid, including meal support, clothing and furniture, subject to aid supplies.

This is an un-funded service. However, it is available most Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings, subject to worker availability.
